It also helps with team work, motivating others, and having a peaceful climate to work in. Each chapter discusses a soft skill, provides a real world example or case study, followed by steps to implement the soft skill in the workplace. The book has journal questions and a space for reflections. The ten soft skills discussed in the chapters are communication, collaboration, adaptability, organization, problem-solving, time management, emotional intelligence empathy, integrity, and creativity.
